Positive Control: THP-1, HL-60 Predicted Reactivity: Pig (93%), Rhesus Monkey (99%), Bovine (88%) Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), store at 4oC. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20oC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

AIF1 is induced by cytokines and interferon. It is thought to be involved in the negative regulation of growth of vascular smooth muscle cells, which contributes to the anti-inflammatory response to vessel wall trauma.
